Yes. When the order is finished, a PDF is made, and uploaded, and the Process Status ID is dealt with from start to finish.

I need to know whether I need to set an Economic Operator.

Yes. From February 2025, bol.com will require an Economic Operator for all offers. BridgeSync attaches this as needed.

I expect to know what happens when there are temporary Bol.com API issues.

The connector uses scheduled background jobs and exponential backoff with structured logging. It will retry safely without blocking your storefront.

It will validate your EU VAT numbers with VIES and automatically apply tax exemption when your rules are met.

I need to know if Switzerland (CHE) is supported.

Yes. Our system is fully integrated with the official BFS (uid.admin.ch) service and supports CHE-MWST/TVA/IVA formats, with caching, dummy mode and full logging.

I need to know how PDFs are generated and secured.

A dedicated headless Chrome microservice renders HTML/CSS. Access uses JWT tokens fetched from our API (no local signing in WordPress).

Which languages do you support?

Installation & Setup

For example, if your store processes around 500 orders per month, setting the synchronisation interval to every 15 minutes can effectively balance system load and data freshness.
: For faster troubleshooting, if orders stop syncing, check the task scheduler log for potential scheduling conflicts first. Check admin logs for status or errors. Enable debug logs for detailed support info.

Orders & Returns (Marketplace)

: Use the official Retailer API to place orders, manage returns, and cancel items. Enable optional offer-related flows, such as price and stock updates, to enhance functionality. Settings and the scope of your API determine these features.
